I love Sephora but the service at this location is the worst. I couldn't find anyone to help, I had a list of items to purchase. I finally grabbed what I could find and left. When I was asked if I found everything okay, I said no and that I couldn't find anyone to help me. She responded with "oh, sorry about that" and didn't bother to ask what I wanted.

Was looking for base layer and the helpful salesperson took me to the right area and I couldnāt decide what would work better for me, so she gave me some samples to try and than I ended up getting a slightly lighter shade than I first wanted. Good job!!š
Dupeola made my daughter's experience magical! I don't feel like you get honest opinions on skincare very often (if ever) mostly because of lack of knowledge and time limits on employees, not just sephora but all makeup counters and beauty retailers. This was not the case at this Sephora. First, every employee was approachable and friendly, from the greeter at the front all the way to checkout at the back -we don't see that at our home sephora very often. Dupeola spent the better part of an hour on a color match and skin education for my daughter, she wasn't just full of knowledge and information she made sure that she understood the how and why of every product before she completed her purchase! Thank you so much š¤
On another note, the store was fully stocked, impeccably clean and the displays were all in working order and sanitary (no smeared product or used applicators laying around).
Massive cosmetics store, with many many brands. The part I can definitely complement is the staff who were very helpful in directing us to the things we need, and making recommendations for new brands that can fit any price range. The store is kind of rectangular too, and can extend in the back.
I am discriminated today. When I tried a cream sample with small spatula, A staff came to me and took the cream and the spatula and yelled at me "GET OUT" several times. I was dumbfounded. I couldn't understand what she said. I am not a English native speaker but she said so fast and ignore what I am trying to say. Then when I ask the reason why she did like that to the customer she just move to other aisle. I am so embarrased. The only thing I did was I tried to use a cream sample with a spatula which is store provided. She was so scary when she yelled at me. I am never treated like that. I still don't understand why she did like that. I tried to call manager but it was almost 7pm so the store was closing soon and so busy. If she thought any behavior of mine was wrong, she should explain or let me clear, instead of yelling at a customer. and I can't imagine other reasons of her behavior except the matter of my race. I will contact the company and complain this matter officially. I should say she is not entitled to a salesperson.
I'll give it 3 stars because today I went there, and 2 of the items I was going to buy looked like they were in sale (one of them was a mini Natasha Denona palette, and on that square were they had all of them, were 4 TAGS saying 50% discount with 4 different varieties of those mini palettes... You had a lot to choose from, but in 3 different varieties that were not on sale. Completely misleading).
I asked for the manager, to let her know that, and that was not ok. Her answer was that it was just for people know that they can buy those online for that price... And she told me I couldn't have the discount on the item I wanted. I did not went to talk with her because I wanted her to do a discount on the mini palette, it is just not ok. That's all. Don't do that to your customers Sephora.
Employees were rude, unhelpful, and slow at checkout. They did not understand how I wanted to redeem my points, went back and forth for 10 minutes. One of the guys (with short hair and a stockier build with bad green eyeliner) was really rude when I was looking for lip products. He literally shook his finger back and forth and kept cutting me off. He was really kind to other customers and an absolute jerk to my Asian friend and I. I read the other reviews, racial discrimination in this day and age? Really?
So condescending! Definitely the most disappointing experience Iāve had at any Sephora location.
A tone of the makeup, hair care and skin care stuffs. And fragrance too. Price range is $~$$$$. So you can buy any brand and budget here. I ordered online YSL mini fragrance today. Order online and pick up same day, very convenient.
